S&P and State Street are investing in crypto data software firm Lukka

Lukka

, a crypto asset software and data provider, announced that it has completed its Series C financing led by State Street Corporation with participation from S&P Global, and CPA.com, AICPA’s business and technology subsidiary. With the Series C increase, Lukka will continue to expand the existing institutional quality software and data products.

This announcement follows recent news from Lukka that supports S&P Dow Jones Indices with the launch of crypto-asset indexing and benchmarking solutions. Also this year, Lukka collaborated with IHS Markit and dxFeed for the redistribution of their data products: Lukka Reference Data and Lukka Prime, the world’s first method for determining the fair market value of crypto assets.

In 2019, Lukka became a preferred partner of CPA.com and launched LukkaTax for Professionals, a software solution to help tax professionals serve customers with cryptoasset tax liabilities.
